Cortland quickly put an end to any out of state threats messing up the NY College Lacrosse National Championship trifecta by defeating Gettysburg to win the Division III National Championship. Next up was Le Moyne vs C.W. Post, where C.W. Post emerged victorious in the Division II Championship. Syracuse capped off NY dominance by defeating Cornell to capture the DI crown.
I am pretty impressed I figured this out on my own, I feel like it should be a "Did You Know?" on Sportscenter. Sure it doesn't take a genius to look at the state a college or university is from, but I feel like my awareness of all three divisions would score a 99 on any sports video game.
