High speed police chase through the streets of Sacramento lead to woman in bathing suit/mullet getting arrested. What makes people think they won't get caught during a pursuit? They have a freaking helicopter with radar following you for God's sake! You cannot get away no matter how hard you try!! At least the suspect was pretty attractive...
