ESPNU Coaches Spotlight is currently airing on ESPN2, where Andy Katz is interviewing every head coach in the Big Dance. Lets recap his interview with Gary.

Gary got pretty heated when Andy Katz's first question was "How does it feel to be back into the NCAA tournament after a long hiatus?" Gary was quick to point out it was only a year since we have been to the big dance. Next question scumbag.

Gary alluded to the fact that Maryland isn't exactly the "sharpest" team, but "We get it done". F*CK yeah Gary! We "Do Work!"

This is the guy we are going to have to worry about. Meet Jerome Randle, the Junior Guard from Cal. He is a lights out free throw shooter and shoots almost 40% from beyond the arc. This guy is going to have me cursing and taking shots of sambuca for sure. He is a short-stack, listed at 5-10, which probably translates to 5-8, but he is going to keep us busy on the perimeter.

Update: Cal's coach just interviewed with Andy Katz and almost seemed like he didn't know who Vasquez is. "Uh, uh he is like the kid from Maryland, uh, Vasquez" he said trying to compare him to a USC player. Next time you refer to him as Mr. Vasquez, and "If you don't know, now you know"!
