Iverson Would Rather Retire Than Come Off Bench

Apparently, Allen Iverson would rather retire from the NBA than continue to come off the bench for the Pistons.

"I'd rather retire before I do this again," Iverson said. "I can't be effective playing this way. I'm not used to it. It's tough for me both mentally and physically."

Give me a freaking break and suck it up!! You know how many people would kill to be in your position and want to be the best 6th man they can be? Shut your mouth, take home your multi-million dollar contract and be the first guy off the bench. See if that isn't the worst thing in the world. And you better get used to coming off the bench, my man, because you're not the same player you used to be and the Pistons are by far a better team when you're NOT on the floor.
