Billy Bob went on Jimmy Kimmel last night to discuss his meltdown earlier this month on a Canadian radio station. Apparently Billy Bob does that all the time when someone asks him "something they're not supposed to." That's cool, just turn into a complete dick any time someone asks you something that you don't feel like answering....Billy Bob is still a douche.
