The Maryland Women's Lacrosse team will head into next week's ACC Tournament with an undefeated record after they crushed Va Tech 16-6 yesterday in Blacksburg, VA. If my math is correct the Lady Terps are averaging over 16 goals per game, and how they aren't ranked number 1 in the country is beyond me.
For those who don't know, Maryland Women's Lax is in the championship hunt every year, and they usually win too. These chicks are like the New York Yankees (before they started losing to Carl F*CKING Pavano 3-0 in the 4th innning - Follow up post will be made). They had 10 fouls in the game, and honestly I don't know if thats a lot, but it seems like it. They beat Duke earlier in the year 15-13, which is awesome.
God speed the Lady Terps to an ACC Title and National Championship! Cue Zombie Nation!
