Dwayne Wade Challenged in Parking Lot

I'm not sure if this is real or staged, but it's pretty damn funny either way. What is Dwayne Wade doing in some underground parking garage? Don't most multi-millionaires have their drivers pick them up at street level? Or have valet bring their cars right to them? And who is this 17 year old with a '$20,000 jacket?' Regardless, Dwayne seems to be a good sport and it's entertaining nonetheless.
