The Terps were the only team in the country to defeat both Michigan State and North Carolina this year.

The Terps took down Michigan State 80-62 on November 27th, handing the Spartans their first of only 7 losses this year, including the tournament.

One of the key wins on the Terps tournament resume was their win against UNC in College Park on February 21st. Greivis had 35 points in the OT victory against then #3 UNC.
