Carl Pavano gave up 1 run in 6 innings, left with the lead at 3-1. Its karma though when you play for a team paying you a ridiculous amount of money and you miss every game because your a split tail, and now your getting a no decision because your old team, the Yankees made it rain on your bullpen. Besides Cody Ransom, Carl Pavano might be the worst player in the history of major league baseball. Being that Cody dropped a bases loaded clearing hit into left field to give the Yanks a 7-3 lead in the bottom of the 8th inning, his stock goes up, and Carl's goes down.
I'm going to post this one before the game is over because Mariano should be coming in to close out the 9th, and we all know how that ends. W for the Yanks, who will win the World Series.
